Your Role on Our Team :

We are looking for an Engineering Technician passionate about product development, quality control and reliability, and being hands-on. A typical Engineering Technician is responsible for supporting test development and execution while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations

  • Exercise responsibility for thoroughness, timeliness and accuracy of work performed

  • SupportNew Product Development – Quality & Reliabilityteams through testexecution, documentation,anddata analysis

  • Maintain agility and support multiple requests within designated projects whilemaintainingpriority organization and efficiency

  • Follow work instructions and test fixture procedures

  • Prepare efficient test procedures from test specifications

  • Perform hands-on testing using a variety of electrical and mechanical test equipment and techniques

  • Prepare reportsutilizingMicrosoft Word, PowerPoint, databases,spreadsheetsand statistical / graphical software

  • Participate in the improvement and development of testing, equipment, and documents

  • Maintain test procedures and equipment according to departmental procedures

  • Supportthepurchase, transfer, and shipping of equipment and materials

  • Contribute to organizational goals andobjectives

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Requires an education equivalent to a technicalAssociate Degree

  • Excellent organization & communication skills

  • Experience with test equipment, test procedures and methods,technical writing,mechanical/electrical principles

  • Highproficiencyof Computer Skills and Microsoft Office products

  • Knowledge of test concepts in the design and development of products and components.

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • Experience working with product development or design

  • Experience working with data acquisition and test instrumentation

  • Experience with technical writing
