Job Title: Concrete Laborers Needed ASAP
Job Description
This role involves working on new construction job sites with a primary focus on residential projects and occasional small commercial work. You will support new builds through finish carpentry and concrete tasks, working with hand and power tools and helping to prepare job sites. You will work alongside experienced team members, with the opportunity to grow into broader carpentry and concrete responsibilities over time.
Responsibilities
Perform carpentry tasks on new construction residential projects and small commercial jobs, including finish carpentry work.
Assist with concrete-related tasks on new build projects as directed by a lead team members.
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete daily tasks.
Help prepare and clean job sites, including setting up work areas and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
Support demolition activities as needed on construction and concrete projects.
Assist with general construction and general labor duties across various phases of new builds.
Contribute to waterproofing work and related construction activities when required.
Lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds regularly throughout shifts of up to 10 hours.
Work collaboratively with crews ranging from approximately 4 to 10 people, following direction from lead personnel.
Follow all safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment at all times on site.
Essential Skills
At least 3 years of experience in a lead or advanced role in construction or carpentry.
Hands-on experience with carpentry in new construction environments.
Concrete experience in a construction setting.
Demolition, carpentry, or concrete are considered suitable for the role.
Proficiency in using hand tools for construction and carpentry tasks.
Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively on job sites.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly for up to 10 hours per day.
Ability to work safely and productively in outdoor conditions and physically demanding environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in general construction and general labor on residential or commercial projects.
Familiarity with waterproofing techniques and materials.
Ability to follow instructions from tenured employees and contribute as part of a crew.
Willingness to learn additional carpentry and concrete skills over time.
Strong focus on safety and proper use of personal protective equipment.

Work Environment
This position is based on active new construction job sites for residential and small commercial properties, with all residential sites unoccupied. You will work outdoors in all types of weather and in conditions that can be dirty and physically demanding. Typical crew sizes range from about 4 to 10 people, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere. The role involves extended periods of physical activity, including lifting, carrying, and using tools for up to 10 hours per day. The dress code includes pants, steel-toe boots, and shirts with sleeves. Required personal protective equipment includes items such as a hard hat and high-visibility gear, and you are expected to wear all PPE as directed for safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Menomonee Falls, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.
