Scope of Position This highly experienced individual, as part of the Assemblydepartment, will be responsible for assisting the supervisor in all operations of the department. Plans and directs the day to day labor responsibilities and prioritizes resources to ensure accuracy and quality. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities Lead a positive working environment. Runs the department day to day operations. Maintains a Safety and Quality mindset. Communication with Company departments. Delegate operational tasks to team. Communicate with Supervisor of any departmental issues. Understand team metrics and review with Supervisor and employees. Assist Supervisor in employee coaching. Assist Supervisor in onboarding of new team members. Ensure team adherence to all company policies and procedures. Manage ordering department supplies. Inventory management awareness. Technical expert and helps resolve production issues. Facilitate training of all team members on all job functions. Assist in creating and maintaining a problem solving culture. Expert in all department computer applications.
