Summary:
The Meta Product Technical Program Management (TPM) community is pioneering technologies to bring people (and businesses) closer together at a global scale. TPMs work at the cross-section between technical execution and business strategy and are expected to partner closely with Engineering and Product teams. Being a TPM at Meta means driving impact by delivering measurable results across a wide range of areas. You'll be responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and defining functional requirements for new products and features. It also means having a technical background, understanding system architecture, and the experience to effectively collaborate across functions and organizations to deliver impact.This posting represents different full-time roles across Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) Infrastructure.
Required Skills:
Technical Program Manager, MSL Infra Responsibilities:
Work closely with engineering and business stakeholders to define program requirements, prioritize initiatives, and establish scope, including developing the roadmap and long-term strategy for partnered teams
Effectively manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resource allocation as needed
Create and manage communication plans to proactively and effectively convey program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
Work closely with cross-functional teams to lead technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases
Define and track key metrics, quality indicators, and performance benchmarks while driving cross-functional execution of program deliverables
Proactively identify and analyze complex, long-term, and critical infrastructure challenges in collaboration with engineering leaders and stakeholders
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions, focusing on reducing manual efforts through automation
Minimum Qualifications:

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
10+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience
Experience managing the delivery of complex technical programs or products from inception through to successful delivery
Experience in implementing monitoring systems and instrumentation solutions to track performance and identify issues
Familiarity with technical program management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, to drive project success and ensure efficient execution
Demonstrates initiative, proactively seeks feedback to ensure alignment, and drives successful outcomes
Proven track record of leading by influencing others rather than relying on direct authority, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams
Demonstrated experience in communicating and collaborating with technical management teams to design, develop, and implement systems, solutions, and products
Proven experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving, particularly with large-scale systems
Experience building and maintaining work relationships across multidisciplinary teams and with partners in different time zones

Experience in a start-up-like environment, emphasizing technical infrastructure management, where agility and rapid execution are essential for scaling systems and tackling growth-related challenges
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure software programs, especially those focused on AI/ML

$199,000/year to $272,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
