CBRE Sr Change Manager in Menlo Park, California

About the Role:

As a CBRE Regional Sr. Change Manager, you will oversee avariety of complex research initiatives used in the development of clientdeliverables.

This job is part of the Client Consulting functionsupporting a large global technology company. They are responsible forPortfolio services in relation to real estate operations and investments.Travel will be required up to 25%.

What You’ll Do:

  • Employ proven methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and repeatable change management approaches are embedded in program(s) and project(s)

  • Create detailed communications strategies and plans

  • Collaborate with workplace researchers on business unit quantitative and qualitative research engagements

  • Creating presentations, tools, and other client-facing materials that lead with recommendations and ultimately lead to client alignment and tangible next steps

  • Developing relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and others impacted by the change

  • Present research on industry best practices and benchmarks to the client and develop advanced strategic real estate plans. Create benchmarks and KPIs for the client's portfolio to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

  • Support the achievement of financial, operational, and other measures established for the client. Report on defined deliverables established for clients.

  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to meet the business unit’s real estate requirements. Implement initiatives to reduce cost and maximize value for the client's portfolio.

  • Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives.

  • Showcase expertise in own job discipline and in-depth knowledge of other job disciplines within the organization function.

  • Coach others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels and of divergent interest, to adopt a different point of view.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real estate license (where required by state law).

  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.

  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions which have a broad impact on the business.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Suite products

  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Regional Sr Change Manager role is $120,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Regional Sr Change Manager position is $160,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
