Responsibilities
Support Wealth Advisors in delivering high-level client service and financial planning
Gather and analyze client data to build and refine financial plans
Prepare planning analyses and investment recommendations using financial planning tools
Assist with portfolio monitoring, account maintenance, and client requests
Support proposal development for prospective clients
Maintain organized client records within Salesforce

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
CFP® certification preferred
3+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within an RIA
Exposure to estate planning and financial scenario modeling
Familiarity with tools such as eMoney, MGP, Holistiplan, and Salesforce preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Self-motivated and collaborative team player
