Meta Enterprise Technical Sales Manager, NORAM in Menlo Park, California

Summary:

Meta is seeking an experienced and highly adaptable sales leader with demonstrated success driving enterprise-level technical sales. This leader will own and grow a consultative sales team focused on unlocking the potential of Business Messaging and AI capabilities to take millions of businesses to an Agentic future. This leader will be a creative, strategic and work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for clients and build high-performing teams. They will be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, possesses enterprise and technical design sales experience — preferably in driving growth and consumption for SaaS solutions in a multi-product environment — and who is an effective coach with a bias for action. This role will primarily serve mid and large-sized clients in North America.

Required Skills:

Enterprise Technical Sales Manager, NORAM Responsibilities:

  1. Build, train, and maintain an industry-leading consultative sales team - act as player/coach by driving long-term opportunity while coaching through short- and long-term challenges

  2. Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth goals across a diversified book of business

  3. Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches, identifying winning strategies, and scaling insights across the organization

  4. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, services, and product implementation based on client learnings

  5. contribute to global playbooks and guides Enterprise Sales & Technical Solutioning

  6. Develop and present compelling value propositions, business cases, and commercial structures that drive measurable outcomes for clients

  7. Bridge business and technical conversations to unlock access to multiple client stakeholder budgets

  8. guide clients through optimal implementations across Meta's Business Messaging platform, including API, CRM/ERP integration, and customer engagement platform architecture

  9. Build client relationships and trust with high-level decision makers across business, technical, customer experience, and marketing stakeholders

  10. act as a trusted advisor to help clients transform their business

  11. Lead cross-functional efforts with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Product, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Policy, and Legal to optimize client efforts and shape support for unique client needs

  12. Demonstrate thought leadership and develop strategic client plans to drive growth, including prospecting initiatives, competitive displacement, risk mitigation, and blocker removal

  13. Effectively communicate client feedback internally to identify feature gaps and improvement opportunities

  14. Influence the customer experience industry by participating in industry conferences and presenting to executive-level audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 10+ years of enterprise sales experience

  2. 3+ years of people management experience, leading, mentoring, and coaching direct reports

  3. Executive presence, and experience building trust with decision makers and conveying business value at the highest levels

  4. Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving revenue growth with both emerging opportunities and established partnerships

  5. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems

  6. Experience operating effectively across multiple teams with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership

  7. Experience using data to craft strategy and drive decision-making

  8. Communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value

  9. Bachelor's degree

Public Compensation:

$143,000/year to $209,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
