1. Electrical Engineer – Hardware Systems (High-Tech / Networking)
Role Summary
The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and validate electronic systems and hardware components for next-generation networking and high-tech products. This role involves working across the full product lifecycle—from concept and architecture through prototyping, validation, and production—collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, reliable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop analog and digital circuits , including power delivery, high-speed interfaces, and signal integrity.
Own schematic capture, component selection, and PCB layout guidance for complex hardware systems.
Perform board bring-up, debugging, and validation testing to ensure performance and reliability.
Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems teams to ensure seamless hardware integration.
Conduct signal integrity (SI), power integrity (PI), and EMI/EMC analysis .
Support manufacturing and production ramp , including DFM/DFT reviews and issue resolution.
Troubleshoot hardware issues and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field .
3–8+ years of experience in hardware design and development .
Strong knowledge of digital/analog circuit design, power systems, and high-speed interfaces .
Experience with tools such as Altium, Cadence, or OrCAD .
Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers).
Familiarity with Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, or similar high-speed protocols .
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in networking hardware, routers, switches, or data center systems .
Knowledge of FPGA or ASIC integration .
Experience with EMI/EMC compliance and certification .
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and high-volume production environments .
