Strategic Leadership: Establish and drive a clear, data-backed framework for prioritizing product and marketing investments across your business portfolio, ensuring alignment with Meta’s long-term strategic goals.
Business Ownership: Lead the end-to-end business unit, influencing product roadmaps and business strategy by serving as the authoritative voice for global consumer and creator needs and untapped market opportunities.
Team Development: Cultivate and inspire a diverse, high-performing team of product marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, mentorship, and continuous growth.
Go-to-Market Execution: Design, lead, and rapidly execute high-impact go-to-market strategies, communications, and growth initiatives, partnering with Product Management, Comms, and Product Growth teams to achieve ambitious business objectives and monetization goals.
Cross-Functional Catalyst: Build highly productive internal partnerships, leveraging exceptional communication and collaboration skills to influence senior stakeholders, resolve organizational conflicts, and drive consensus to execute a unified strategy.
Financial Stewardship: Maximize the return on investment (ROI) for a multi-million dollar budget dedicated to supporting and expanding the subscription monetization ecosystem.
Market Insight: Work hands-on with key partners to accelerate project milestones and drive product-market fit, including prioritizing critical audience use cases and precisely identifying and sizing key global markets for targeting.
Minimum Qualifications:

15+ years of progressive experience in Marketing, Product Management, Management Consulting, or Business Strategy, with a track record of driving significant business growth
Proven experience in Product Marketing, developing and executing global go-to-market strategies and partnering closely with product and engineering teams
Extensive experience leading, developing, and motivating diverse, multidisciplinary teams across geographical regions
Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of complex, ambiguous, and time-sensitive programs with significant self-direction
Deep expertise in the app/software subscription and/or e-commerce ecosystem, with a thorough understanding of the customer lifecycle from acquisition through engagement, retention, and resurrection
Proven experience creating foundational market requirement documents, including sophisticated audience definition, positioning statements, and compelling value propositions

$232,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
