WarehouseSupervisor TheWarehouse Supervisoris a hands-on leader at the center of our high-volume warehouse and repair operation-setting the pace for safety, quality, and turnaround time every day.You'lllead from the floor, coach and traina strong team, and keep production flowing by removing barriers and reinforcing standard work. As the bridge between technicians and the Warehouse Manager,you'llhelp us scale smarter and faster, bringingour 5Csto life andrepresentingour All-in talent brandon the floor. Scheduleand Location This is an onsite position at our corporate warehouselocatedin Mendota Heights, MN. The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 5 AM - 3:30 PM. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 annually, plus a 10% bonus opportunity. Please note that the base salary will vary based onmarket conditionsand the candidate's experience. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Provide daily coaching,trainingand support to teammembersto drive high performance. Plan, assign, and schedule staff across various work areas. SupportWarehouse Managerin daily operations executionincluding:inventory, parts orders,toolsandsupplies orders, organizing and stagingmaterials,receipt, storage, picking,fulfillment, inventoryplanningand product repair. Provide management support and on-call coverage as needed. Assistwarehouse manager with reporting needs as requested, which will includeaccurateandtimelycompletion of allrequired paperwork. EmployeeTraining: Responsible for managing the training of new employees to ensure theyare able tomeet job requirements. Ensuretimelyfollow up andvalidateemployee's ability to perform allaspectsof position through observation. Engage in continued training for current employees. Safety: Ensure a safe work environment at all times. Maintain equipment safety checklists. Enforce PPE policies and model safe working practices. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: Minimum 1 year in similar position. Education: High School diploma or GEDrequired3+yearsofexperience inmanufacturing. Proficient in MS Office such as Excel, Word, Outlook. Ability to motivate others and build highly engaged and effective teams; ability to resolve personnel issues in a professional manner. Creativeproblem-solvingand analyticalskills;enjoys finding innovative solutions Detail-orientatedwithstrong organizational skills;experiencemanaging timeeffectively and adaptingquickly to changing prioritiesin afast-pacedenvironment Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to influenceothersin a positive way. Sound judgment and decision-makingability. Willingnesstooperatemanual/powered pallet jacks and forklifts. Ability toregularlywalk, stand,bendand liftthroughout theshift. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supervising,coachingand guiding a team. Bilingual language skills - English& Spanish. Associates degree. Mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or SAP. Ability tolift upto 50 pounds.
