Sales Logistics Coordinator
Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and proactive part-time Sales Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the warehouse management and fulfillment center of our sales operations, ensuring that every single member of the team has what they need to complete daily tasks. (This is a part-time role with varying hours approximately 5-20 hours per week.)
Essential Functions and Skills Responsibilities
Prepare and ship outgoing correspondence and packages (USPS, UPS, FedEx) by responding to requests, gathering needed information, creating shipping labels, and dropping off materials on an as-needed basis
Maintain and organize stored sales materials until they are shipped out
Maintain inventory of all stored materials and coordinate with sales admin team to order supplies as needed
Reconcile expenses and submit expense reports
Update records to show task completion
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirements/Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of Adobe Acrobat and Reader, Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Ability to pass DHS background study
Preferred
Willingness to learn and create new processes to better the organizational flow and maximize efficiency
Experience with and proficiency in sourcing vendors for special projects such as gifting and printing
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to write professional correspondence
Ability to meet quick deadlines and handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously
Professional demeanor and positive attitude
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and create new processes to better the organizational flow and maximize efficiency

The starting hourly pay range for this role is $25-$28/hour. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: geographic location, relevant education, applicable certifications, depth of experience, and special skillsets. The total compensation package for this position may also include the opportunity to participate in employee benefits including our medical/dental/vision/pet insurance, disability and life insurance, paid time off, and 401(k) retirement plans, subject to applicable plan terms, and/or eligibility for other compensation.
