(FTI) is currently seeking a Modeling and Simulation Engineering Manager to join our Product Engineering team in Menasha, WI. JOB DESCRIPTION As a Modeling & Simulation Engineering Manager in the R&D group, you will be responsible for the development of advanced modeling and simulation environments for electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems and enclosures used in distributed energy resources and power distribution. Leading a team of M&S engineers and collaborating with subject matter experts, product strategy teams, and systems engineers, your team will create accurate and efficient simulations that meet requirements and support product development. Furthermore, you will develop and oversee the implementation of modeling and simulation processes as critical milestones for development and validation of technologies and products within the Product Engineering organization. Through your expertise, you will play a key role in driving innovation and performance improvements in distributed energy and power distribution systems.
