We are looking for Engineers in the following disciplines: Controls, Modeling & Simulation, Mechanical, Electrical and Power Electronics. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelors Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical engineering or equivalent * Internship or 6 months of work experience Travel: 10-25% Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 AM and 5 PM, Monday- Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing and/or specifying electrical and electro-mechanical parts and assemblies that will be used within products that are used within the renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets. As a Controls Engineer in the R&D group, you will be responsible for developing control systems in a physics-based modeling and simulation environment for electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems used in distributed energy resources and power distribution. Collaborating with subject matter experts, product strategy teams, and systems engineers, you will create accurate and efficient control systems, optimization, and analytics algorithms to support technologies and products development within the Product Engineering organization. You will play a key role in driving innovation and performance improvements in distributed energy and power distribution systems. As a Modeling & Simulation Engineer in the R&D group, you will be responsible for developing advanced modeling and simulation environments for electrical, thermal, and mechanical systems and enclosures used in distributed energy resources and power distribution. Collaborating with subject matter experts, product strategy teams, and systems engineers, you will create accurate and efficient simulations that meet requirements and support product development. Through your expertise, you will play a key role in driving innovation and performance improvements in distributed energy and power distribution systems. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and/or specifying mechanical and electro-mechanical parts and assemblies that will be used within products that are used within the renewable energy, microgrid, EV charging, crypto mining, and data center markets.
