Adecco US, Inc. Weekend Production Supervisor 6p=6a Fri-Sun in Memphis, Tennessee
Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire an experienced Production Supervisor to work 6pm-6am Fri-Sun . This role is responsible for leading machine support and maintenance operations, ensuring production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and teams are developed to deliver continuous improvement.This is not a desk job, this role requires being present on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Machine Support, Maintenance, and Technical teams
Recruit, coach, and develop Process Engineers, Industrial Technicians, and Machine Support Technicians
Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, feeder maintenance, and support equipment programs
Plan and supervise equipment line moves, builds, and installations
Drive performance through clear metrics, goals, and accountability
Partner with vendors for equipment installation, repairs, and upgrades
Ensure procedures, work instructions, and processes are efficient and effective
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety and security policies
Champion continuous improvement and best-in-class manufacturing practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in maintenance or technical management
Hands-on knowledge of SMT and thru-hole equipment
Experience with process optimization, SPC, DOE, DFM/DFT, and line balancing
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $95,000.00 per year
