Adecco US, Inc. Weekend Production Supervisor 6p=6a Fri-Sun in Memphis, Tennessee

Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire an experienced Production Supervisor to work 6pm-6am Fri-Sun . This role is responsible for leading machine support and maintenance operations, ensuring production schedules are met, quality standards are maintained, and teams are developed to deliver continuous improvement.This is not a desk job, this role requires being present on the floor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Machine Support, Maintenance, and Technical teams

  • Recruit, coach, and develop Process Engineers, Industrial Technicians, and Machine Support Technicians

  • Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment repairs, feeder maintenance, and support equipment programs

  • Plan and supervise equipment line moves, builds, and installations

  • Drive performance through clear metrics, goals, and accountability

  • Partner with vendors for equipment installation, repairs, and upgrades

  • Ensure procedures, work instructions, and processes are efficient and effective

  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all safety and security policies

  • Champion continuous improvement and best-in-class manufacturing practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred (or equivalent experience)

  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance or technical management

  • Hands-on knowledge of SMT and thru-hole equipment

  • Experience with process optimization, SPC, DOE, DFM/DFT, and line balancing

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay Details: $95,000.00 per year
