As a Retirement Plan Services Associate, you’ll support the Retirement Plan Services team by processing retirement-related transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering thoughtful solutions that support clients’ long-term financial goals.

What You’ll Do
Process retirement-related forms and transactions (rollovers, internal transfers, beneficiary/death-related updates)
Respond to client and internal inquiries via phone and email
Review and audit account activity to ensure IRS and regulatory compliance
Interpret retirement plan rules and apply them to real client scenarios
Research and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams
Provide guidance to branch personnel on corrections and next steps
Track and review daily productivity reports to assess personal performance
Continuously build expertise using internal tools, training, and external resources
What You’ll Bring
Required:
Either:
2+ years of recent experience in financial services (retirement planning, banking, credit union, or wealth management), or
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field with some professional work experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial information
Professional communication skills and a client-focused mindset
Comfort working independently while collaborating with a larger team

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
