Job Title: Test Operators (1st Weekend Shift) Job Description
Join our team as a Test Operator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting units for in-process and final testing. You will assist with testing, training, and documentation to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
Perform testing on electrical components of control panels.
Utilize voltmeters and ohmmeters for testing.
Test heat exchange units in the mostly automated In Row Heat Exchange department.
Troubleshoot, debug, and diagnose faults based on client metrics.
Conduct compliance reporting using Excel and collaborate with electrical assembly technicians to resolve issues.
Assist in the build and manufacture of fixtures and tooling as required.
Operate a personal computer using a Windows-based operating system and related software.
Essential Skills
Proficient in electronics, troubleshooting, and electrical testing.
Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting schematics.
Experienced with multimeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other test equipment.
Familiar with electrical control, AC/DC motor control, HMI, electrical wiring, and maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience in electronics, electromechanical, or electrical testing in manufacturing.
Technical, vocational, or associate's degree in lieu of hands-on experience is acceptable if proficient with necessary tools.
Understanding of current flow and experience with pressurized systems.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Capability in performing mathematical operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Work Environment
Work the 1st shift weekend from 6AM-6:30PM on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in an extremely clean, temperature-controlled environment. The electrical assembly area consists of 11 cell stations with large working areas, creating a quiet team-oriented atmosphere. The department currently has 275 employees, with expected growth to 800 by the end of the year. Required attire includes composite toe or steel-toe shoes with rubber soles, jeans or work pants, and a t-shirt or polo. Large dangling jewelry, spandex, and bare midriffs are not permitted.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr.
