The opportunity
Consumer Product Goods and Trade Promotion Management are rapidly growing areas, offering significant opportunity to expand your expertise while supporting leading consumer goods organizations through complex digital transformation. Much of your time will be spent embedded with client teams, bringing a unique blend of business and technology perspective to help them modernize trade promotion capabilities and remain competitive in a dynamic market.
As a Senior Manager – Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Lead within Studio+, you will be at the forefront of driving large-scale Salesforce-enabled transformation initiatives, with a focus on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (TPM). You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of TPM solutions, helping clients transform trade planning, execution, and analytics.
Operating as a senior leader, you will serve as the primary client point of contact, partnering across Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT, while leading cross-functional teams spanning business and technology. You will shape TPM strategies, define implementation roadmaps, and ensure the successful delivery and adoption of scalable, integrated solutions that drive measurable business value. Your key responsibilities
As a leader in Studio+ Salesforce Technology, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of complex TPM programs, ensuring alignment to client objectives while maintaining focus on quality, risk management, and business outcomes. This role includes:
Leading end-to-end TPM transformation initiatives across strategy, roadmap, implementation, and optimization phases
Serving as the primary client point of contact, building trusted relationships and aligning senior stakeholders
Translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM solutions and architectures
Overseeing system integration across TPM and enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, data/analytics systems)
Managing program delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, quality, and multiple workstreams
Driving best practices across TPM processes including planning, execution, settlement, and analytics
Leading cross-functional teams across business and technology, including mentoring and developing team members
Supporting business development through proposals, solutioning, and client presentations
Managing client relationships, engagement economics, and revenue growth across accounts
Driving change management and user adoption to ensure successful deployment and long-term value realization
Traveling as required to support client engagements

Apply deep knowledge of TPM processes within consumer goods, including trade planning, execution, and analytics
Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across both business and technology domains
Translate complex business challenges into structured, scalable, and integrated solutions
Demonstrate strong understanding of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud TPM and enterprise integration patterns
Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and influence decision-making across all levels
Manage engagement delivery, including financials, resource planning, and multiple concurrent priorities
Collaborate across diverse teams, including business, design, and technology functions
Navigate ambiguity with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Contribute to thought leadership and maintain a strong perspective on TPM trends and leading practices
Drive innovation and continuous improvement across client engagements and internal capabilities
To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
Typically, 8+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management, Consumer Goods, or related domains, with a mix of business and technology delivery
Proven experience leading large-scale TPM implementations on Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud
Strong understanding of end-to-end trade promotion processes, including planning, execution, settlement, and analytics
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large, complex client engagements in a consulting or professional services environment
Hands-on experience with system and business integration across enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CRM, data/analytics platforms)
Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and willingness to travel as needed
Ideally, you’ll also have
Advanced degree in a related field
Salesforce certifications, particularly in Consumer Goods Cloud or related architecture domains
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and large-scale program delivery frameworks
Demonstrated thought leadership in TPM or consumer goods transformation

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
