NOW HIRING: Scheduling Administrator Always Best Care Always Best Care is now hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to lead and manage complex caregiver schedules in a fast-paced home care environment. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands the bigger picture and can confidently make decisions that drive client satisfaction and caregiver retention. What You’ll Do * Maintain dynamic schedules with multiple moving pieces * Ensure the right caregiver is matched to the right client, in the right area, with the right skills * Communicate confidently with caregivers and clients * Anticipate scheduling needs and resolve issues before they escalate * Motivate and persuade staff to provide coverage when needed * Support daily operations with strong follow-through and accountability What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of office or administrative experience * Strong leadership mindset with excellent organizational skills * Assertive, professional communicator comfortable with difficult conversations * Ability to think forward and make sound decisions quickly * Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required * Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, clients, family members, visitors, agencies and general public * Healthcare or home care scheduling experience (a plus) but not required Pay & Benefits * $15.00 – $15.50 per hour (based on experience) * Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401(k) * Paid Time Off after 60 days This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a role that matters and grow with a company that values leadership, accountability, and initiative.
