Job Title: Safety Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional with a strong background in construction safety and a commitment to ensuring a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will act as the secondary safety person on-site, utilizing their expertise to promote and enforce safety regulations.
Responsibilities
Oversee and enforce safety protocols on the construction site.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
Provide safety training and guidance to construction workers and site personnel.
Prepare and maintain safety reports and documentation.
Respond to and investigate safety incidents, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety supervision on a construction site.
OSHA 500 certification required.
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in EV plant construction is preferred.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $50.00/hr.
