Electrical Assembly Apprentice Weekend Shift
Job Description
Join our team where you'll assist in the mechanical and electrical builds of products. Gain hands-on experience in reading and understanding point-to-point wiring schematics and diagrams while mastering skills such as crimping, pulling, terminating, and installing UL panels and sub-assemblies.
Responsibilities
Assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels and switchgear systems, focusing on 3-phase power distribution.
Pull, crimp, install, and test wiring utilizing point-to-point schematics.
Utilize tools like multimeters, wire strippers, crimpers, and torque wrenches.
Perform part replacement on tools as needed and according to schedule.
Adhere to detailed instructions, including visual aids and diagrams.
Perform real-time testing for point-to-point testing to ensure accurate wiring.
Essential Skills
Experience with assembly, electrical, and mechanical builds.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Shift
Times: Friday-Sunday 6:00am-6:30pm
6:00 am - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday for the1st week
Pay: Starts at $20 an hour
15% shift diff. Same policy on weekend shift for the added 4 hours pay if they hit the 36 hours and wont be eligible to get the extra 4 hours of pay if they come in late, leave early, or absent

Work Environment
Work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment with cell stations and large working areas. Teams consist of 5-7 technicians per work cell, collaborating to assemble units according to specifications. The company provides all necessary tools and materials—no outside tools required. The training academy will be conducted on-site in a classroom setting, focusing on safety, electrical wiring, and standard protocols. The production environment is extremely clean and well-organized.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
