Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. This role focuses on providing exceptional support to clients in the financial services sector, particularly within banking operations. Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Address customer concerns related to financial products and services, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Analyze account information and transactions to resolve discrepancies or provide detailed explanations.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
• Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and banking regulations to provide accurate information.
• Assist clients in navigating financial tools and resources to meet their needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and recommend solutions.
• Uphold confidentiality standards while handling sensitive financial data. Requirements • Minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role, preferably within the banking industry.
• Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of financial products and banking services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
• Commitment to maintaining customer confidentiality and data security.
