About the role Department Supply Chain: e-Commerce Mentor's Title Senior Director, e-Commerce Anticipated Duration Year-Round Compensation Paid This role offers a significant opportunity to support the development of Leviton’s compliance programs within the Supply Chain organization. You will be responsible for collecting relevant compliance data, analyzing results, and reporting performance metrics aligned to customer requirements. This position is well suited for a detail-oriented, analytical candidate who enjoys working with data and contributing to the continuous improvement of compliance processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company and engage with Leviton’s customers to help strengthen and sustain performance against key compliance metrics. Responsibilities Manage communications regarding customer compliance requirements with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with suppliers, in partnership with Leviton’s Sourcing team, on compliance topics including RoHS, PFAS, and conflict minerals. Support and maintain Leviton’s Conflict Minerals Reporting Template. Review and analyze Bills of Materials (BOMs) to assess compliance status and drive issue resolution. Identify additional compliance focus areas and provide recommendations to support continuous improvement. Qualifications Currently enrolled as a sophomore or higher, pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Sustainability, Business, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BI, including the ability to develop queries and build tables to manage and analyze data. Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
