Description
Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable role manages customer billing, cash application, and collection activities to ensure timely receipt of payments.
Responsibilities
Generate and issue customer invoices
Apply incoming payments and maintain customer accounts
Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances
Reconcile accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate AR records and documentation
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
1–3 years of accounts receivable experience
Familiarity with AR processes and accounting systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
