Quality Inspector (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)
Location: Melrose Park, IL | Shift: Rotating 12s on 1st and 3rd | Pay: $18 + $1.75 shift differential for 3rd

The Role: Precision & Impact
As a Quality Inspector, you are the final line of defense. You won't just be "watching a line"—you’ll be a technical expert operating advanced machinery and ensuring every vial that leaves our facility is perfect.
Key Responsibilities:
The "Expert Eye": Use your visual acuity to identify defects and ensure 100% compliance with quality standards (SOPs/cGMPs).
Machine Mastery: Set up, adjust, and lead the operation of high-speed inspection machines and cappers.
Mission Control: Perform critical start-up procedures, including filter integrity tests and line clearances.
The Data Specialist: Accurately document batch records, calculate defect percentages, and reconcile components with precision.
Team Support: Assist with loading/unloading and palletizing to keep the workflow moving smoothly.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 1–3 years in a Pharmaceutical or Regulated Manufacturing environment (preferred).
Education: High School Diploma or GED.
Skills: Strong basic math (multiplication/division) and top-tier written/oral communication.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional visual acuity and the ability to maintain inspection qualification requirements.
Reliability: You’re ready to tackle a 12-hour rotating shift (5:45–6:15) and pick up overtime when the business is booming

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of MELROSE PARK, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.75/hr.
