Adecco is currently assisting a local client recruiting for a Receptionist for their Title insurance company in Melbourne, FL

Pay: $20.90 Hr.

Shift: Monday – Friday; 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Environment: Onsite, Melbourne, FL

Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors in office. Operate multi-line phone systems, greeting visitors, and directing communications efficiently. Skilled in handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, and maintaining organized office operations, including mail distribution, document preparation, and supply management. Provides excellent customer service while supporting administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and processing payments. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment and resolving routine issues with professionalism and attention to detail.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Detail-oriented administrative professional with 1–2 years of experience, proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in communication, problem-solving, and customer service. Adept at interpreting documents, managing multiple tasks, and resolving issues efficiently. Strong team player with the ability to handle challenging situations, present information clearly, and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Details: $20.90 per week
