Our client, a leading organization in the research and data collection industry, is seeking dedicated and professional Phone Interviewers to join their team. As a Phone Interviewer, you will be an essential part of the survey operations team, supporting efforts to gather valuable insights from individuals across the United States. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a neutral demeanor, which will enable you to succeed in this role and contribute to impactful research initiatives.
Job Title: Phone Interviewer
Location: Melbourne, FL
Shift: 9am - 5:30pm
Orientation: 9am- 3pm (First day)
Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Pay : $16.00/hr
What's the Job?
Conduct outbound phone calls to survey participants across the United States
Ask survey questions exactly as written and record responses accurately in the system
Maintain a polite, professional, and neutral tone during all interviews
Follow established interviewing procedures and compliance guidelines at all times
Handle refusals or difficult calls professionally while maintaining productivity and quality standards
What's Needed?
Clear speaking voice and strong communication skills
Ability to follow scripts and instructions precisely
Comfortable using a computer while speaking on the phone
Strong listening skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain neutral and professional when engaging with respondents
