S UMMARY

The Electrical Engineer designs and implements analog and digital embedded electronic systems to create new products meeting Mnemonics program objectives.

Responsibilities include development, and execution of assigned Engineering tasks. This engineer participates in initial product concepts, decomposition of functional and performance requirements, software/hardware design, integration, and testing.

This individual has the responsibility and authority to perform the assigned tasks listed below.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop architectures from requirements or high-level specifications and communicate with multi-disciplined engineering.

  • Participate in PCB layout and Design for Manufacturing activities.

  • Engauge in full product lifecycle support for legacy products including bug fixes and feature updates.

  • Work closely with Software, Electrical and FPGA team members to ensure new products achieve all Key Performance Indicators.

  • Provide time estimates for all activities.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience with analog and digital electronic design.

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s desirable).

  • Experience with embedded firmware and test bench debugging.

  • Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance.

  • Excellent history working with cross functional teams.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
