The Opportunity
We are searching for a passionate and enthusiastic State Business Manager to support our Sales team in Sydney through managing key Victorian Independent customers, being Ritchies IGA and Foodworks, across our Food & Beverage portfolio.
A day in the life of...
You will join a passionate and dynamic team where you will work closely with the marketing & commercial development team to develop and maintain strategies for our business that deliver internal and external sales objectives.
A day in life will look like:
Developing, implementing, and maintaining customer plans to ensure delivery of objectives
Monitoring performance against internal and external key performance indicators
Formulating action plans as required to reflect changes in market, retailer and/or consumer dynamics to ensure performance objectives are being met
Supporting the development of category, channel, and field sales plans with internal stakeholders.
Managing positive relationships with cross functional stakeholders, internally & externally
What will make you successful
You will be outgoing, approachable, and passionate about sales
As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and can adapt your communication style with different stakeholders.
You will be focused on results and be motivated to achieve the best results
Ideally you will have proven experience as an Account Management experience within FMCG
You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets and developing relationships with key customers.
