Publicis Groupe Senior Business Manager in Melbourne, Australia

Company description

At Saatchi & Saatchi, we believe NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE. We value FREEDOM, BRAVERY, IMAGINATION, and COLLABORATION. We unravel business problems with world-changing ideas. We dig for the truth, apply innovation & creativity, then actualize to world-class standards. We’re results-obsessed.

Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Melbourne team and work on a major automotive brand with a strong national presence.

This role sits at the engine room of the account, helping deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels while keeping day-to-day activity running smoothly.

Working closely with senior leadership and a Business Executive, you’ll manage projects from brief through to delivery, collaborating with creative, strategy and production teams to bring great work to life.

You’ll be joining a team that values curiosity, collaboration and continuous improvement – people who are thoughtful about their craft and motivated to keep raising the bar.

Day to day in this role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage the delivery of integrated campaigns from brief through to rollout

  • Write clear creative and production briefs for internal teams

  • Coordinate campaign rollout across large media plans

  • Manage timelines, budgets and project workflows

  • Partner with creative, strategy and production teams to deliver high-quality work

  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Support and mentor junior team members

The person we’re looking for has:

  • Around 4+ years’ experience in account management, ideally within a creative agency

  • Experience working on large brands or integrated campaigns

  • Strong organisational and project management skills

  • Experience writing creative and production briefs

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

You’re proactive, thoughtful and solutions-focused. You’re comfortable giving and receiving feedback, managing upwards when needed, and continually looking for ways to improve both the work and how teams collaborate.

Experience across production, digital rollout or integrated campaigns will be highly valued. If there are areas you haven’t yet been exposed to, we’re committed to supporting your development.
