Overview

You will oversee multiple Customer Care Locations (CCLs) within your assigned area, driving strategic alignment and ensuring consistency in operations. You will focus on customer excellence, regional business development, cross-location efficiencies, and financial performance to achieve sustainable growth.

How you create impact

  • Lead cross-location initiatives to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • To own, monitor + drive all sales activities.

  • Drive alignment of state-level strategies with national objectives, ensuring seamless execution across multiple branches.

  • Oversee resource allocation, team collaboration, and process optimization for multiple locations.

  • Foster a strategic approach to onboarding new CCL locations, ensuring operational readiness and customer alignment.

  • Monitor and drive the financial performance of all CCLs in your area, ensuring profitability and growth.

  • Support and mentor Customer Care Managers in achieving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

What we would like you to bring

  • Strong background in Sea Logistics operations (imports/exports, FCL/LCL) with proven customer service expertise.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop customer care teams, ensuring service excellence and consistency.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Solid understanding of logistics systems and digital platforms (KN systems, ERP, TMS).

  • Ability to manage escalations and exceptions, providing proactive solutions to complex customer issues.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience in monitoring KPIs and driving performance improvements.

  • Commercial awareness- understanding how customer care impacts profitability, retention, and growth.
