Job Summary
We are seeking a Palantir Architect who will play a lead role in designing and delivering Palantir-based solutions for clients’ strategic initiatives, including workforce planning and future store rostering use cases.
Responsibilities
Lead solution design and architecture on the Palantir platform
Support discovery workshops and shape high-level solution approaches
Design Palantir ontologies, pipelines, and application patterns
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
Guide Palantir developers and engineers during implementation
Support transition from discovery to scalable delivery
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
Experience designing enterprise-scale Palantir solutions
Ability to work in business-facing and discovery-led engagements
Experience in retail, workforce planning, or complex transformation programs (preferred)
