Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Business Analyst to support, a large‑scale replatforming of the core eCommerce platform. The role will focus on translating business and product requirements into clear, actionable data requirements, working closely with the Product Manager, Data Architect, and Engineering teams to ensure a smooth and scalable migration.This role is critical in enabling data‑driven decision‑making, ensuring data continuity, and supporting architectural design across the replatforming program.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Workclosely with the Product Manager to understand product vision, business outcomes, and roadmap priorities for the eCommerce replatforming.

• Lead data requirement gathering across business, product, and technology stakeholders for migration.

• Translate business requirements into clear data specifications, including source‑to‑target mappings, data flows, and reporting needs.

• Work with the Data Architect to support solution design by providing validated business and data requirements.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify data logic, transformations, and acceptance criteria.

• Support data validation, reconciliation, and defect triage during migration and testing phases.

• Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered data outcomes across the program lifecycle.

• Act as the primary data liaison between business, product, architecture, and delivery teams.
