Introduction
We are looking for a Senior CyberArk Security Specialist with strong consulting, technical and project delivery experience to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) engagements. This role suits a senior professional who is experienced and proficient at designing and implementing CyberArk solutions, partnering with clients, managing engagements, and leading project delivery teams. You will play a key role in shaping PAM outcomes that reduce risk, meet compliance requirements, and align with client business priorities.
Your role and responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of CyberArk PAM projects, from discovery and design through implementation and transition to operations
Partner closely with clients to understand business drivers, security risks, and operational constraints
Develop reference architectures and best practices for on-premise, hybrid and SaaS PAM deployments
Design and implement CyberArk PAM solutions covering privileged account lifecycle, credential vaulting, session management, and least‑privilege controls
Act as the senior technical authority during engagements, providing clear guidance and defensible design decisions
Manage and influence business and technical stakeholders, including security leaders, infrastructure teams, and application owners
Lead and coordinate delivery teams, including engineers and partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and outcomes
Liaise with CyberArk (Palo Alto) partner and engineering teams for issue resolution, project delivery assurance, and enablement including product developments and roadmap
Contribute to delivery standards, patterns, and reusable assets to uplift capability and consistency

What You’ll Bring
Subject Matter Expertise in PAM.
Extensive hands‑on experience delivering CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions in enterprise environments
Demonstrated experience in consulting and project‑based delivery, not just operational support
Strong ability to engage clients, build trust, and translate security requirements into practical solutions
Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
Deep understanding of CyberArk architecture, vault design, and deployment models
Confidence leading technical discussions, design reviews, and delivery teams
Ability to balance security rigour with business practicality
Preferred technical and professional experience
Required / Strongly Preferred
CyberArk Certified Guardian, or demonstrated senior‑level CyberArk PAM delivery experience with a commitment to attain
Preferred
CyberArk Certified Sentry and/or Defender
Cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
CISSP or CISM
ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
Experience & Education
Typically 7+ years in security, identity, or infrastructure roles, with 5+ years leading CyberArk PAM deliveries
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
