Position Summary:
Account Talent Management & Fulfillment Lead
Analysis of current end-2-end (E2E) resource management fulfillment process and identification of opportunities to streamline the process, introduce further automations including AI enhancements for ANZ region
Overseeing and managing improvement initiatives for the E2E resource management fulfillment process
Change management, comms and advising account management teams on resource management fulfillment process from demand creation to selection to fulfillment.
Govern the cross skilling commitments baked in as part of deals to ensure that required cost and productivity levels are maintained
Mandatory Skills:
Experienced in management of resource fulfillment process and tracking of key operational metrics.
Experienced in Cognizant global processes, policies and systems required for resource fulfillment (highly desirable).
Strong understanding of local ANZ HR policies.
Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Proven record of managing conflicts, leading resolutions and escalating risks/issues in a timely manner.
Ability to chair key governance meetings for tracking metrics and actions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Govern accurate allocation/de-allocation of the resources on the account specific project codes.
Govern hygiene of service orders created for resource fulfillment ensuring the required operational parameters and adhered to.
Work closely with onshore finance, operations, account sales and delivery teams and govern timely responses to actions.
Setup and run cadences with account teams to ensure service order hygiene for resource management.
Continuous improvement of E2E resource management fulfillment process including change management aspects.
Maintain tracking of accurate allocation/de-allocation of the resources on the account specific project codes and where applicable be involved with resolution of issues.
Maintain tracking and progress on cross skilling of resources at account level. Work with Service Lines and Learning and Development teams to come up with account specific plans, and govern the progress with pre-defined metrics.
Involved in the on-boarding of new account commercial and delivery team members and ensure that they are across the systems and fulfillment processes.
Salary Range: >$100,000
