Overview
The transformation you will experience
In this role, you’ll step into a hands-on Account Manager position working across two clients with different scale and complexity, delivering end-to-end campaign execution across client service, implementation planning, and buying.
You’ll have real ownership of day-to-day client relationships, translating strategy into actionable media plans, and ensuring campaigns are delivered and optimised to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can lead, influence, and grow, while developing both your client management and technical capability.
Your scope will include:
Owning day-to-day client relationships and communications
Developing implementation plans aligned to client strategy and objectives
Managing campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting
Coordinating with media partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Managing budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking with accuracy
Supporting and mentoring a junior team member
Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

What type of person will be successful in this role
You’ll possess:
3–4 years’ experience in a media agency environment
Strong client service and implementation planning capability
Experience across both offline and digital media channels
Hands-on experience with campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting
Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Exposure to mentoring or supporting junior team members (preferred)
