Overview

The transformation you will experience

In this role, you’ll step into a hands-on Account Manager position working across two clients with different scale and complexity, delivering end-to-end campaign execution across client service, implementation planning, and buying.

You’ll have real ownership of day-to-day client relationships, translating strategy into actionable media plans, and ensuring campaigns are delivered and optimised to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to step into a role where you can lead, influence, and grow, while developing both your client management and technical capability.

Your scope will include:

  • Owning day-to-day client relationships and communications

  • Developing implementation plans aligned to client strategy and objectives

  • Managing campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting

  • Coordinating with media partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

  • Managing budgets, invoicing, and financial tracking with accuracy

  • Supporting and mentoring a junior team member

  • Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team environment

What type of person will be successful in this role

You’ll possess:

  • 3–4 years’ experience in a media agency environment

  • Strong client service and implementation planning capability

  • Experience across both offline and digital media channels

  • Hands-on experience with campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting

  • Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy

  • Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Exposure to mentoring or supporting junior team members (preferred)
