Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
This hands-on manufacturing role supports the fabrication and finishing of high-performance plastic films, tubing, and coated products used in medical, aerospace, and industrial applications. You will contribute directly to the production of precision components by operating equipment, performing visual inspections, and maintaining a clean and controlled work area. This role will be on the first shift and will pay $19 - $20 an hour. This role will be out of Holliston, MA. You will need a reliable car.
Responsibilities
Support the fabrication and finishing of high-performance plastic films, tubing, and coated products according to established procedures.
Operate production and general manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently after training.
Perform visual inspections of products to identify defects, inconsistencies, or quality issues.
Use a ruler and other basic measuring tools to verify product dimensions and ensure they meet specifications.
Input production and inspection data accurately into tracking systems or forms.
Work effectively in a cleanroom environment, following cleanliness and contamination-control procedures.
Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks and standing for the majority of the shift.
Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe and organized work area.
Collaborate with a small production team to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
Assist with general labor tasks such as material handling, basic machine setup, and cleaning of work areas as needed.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, general production, or general labor roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform visual inspections to identify defects or irregularities in products.
Ability to read and use a ruler accurately for basic measurements.
Ability to input data accurately into logs, forms, or computer systems.
Comfort working on your feet for the majority of the workday.
Strong attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.
Willingness to learn and be trained on machine operating and machine operation processes.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
Ability to work cooperatively as part of a small, close-knit team.

Work Environment
This role is based in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, where you will follow cleanliness and contamination-control procedures throughout the day. The standard schedule runs from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., providing a consistent daytime shift. You will spend most of the shift on your feet, operating production equipment, handling materials, and performing inspections in a controlled, organized, and safety-focused facility. Dress and conduct must comply with cleanroom requirements, which may include wearing protective garments and following strict hygiene protocols.

This is a Contract position based out of Medway, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $20.50/hr.
