Job Description
This role focuses on unloading containers, palletizing, and repacking products in a refrigerated environment. You will handle frozen and chilled goods, organize them for storage, and ensure products are accurately counted, assembled, and prepared for further distribution.
Responsibilities
Unload containers safely and efficiently in a refrigerated facility.
Palletize products according to established guidelines and storage requirements.
Repack frozen and chilled products for storage and distribution.
Count and verify product quantities to ensure accuracy.
Assemble and organize products on pallets or in designated storage areas.
Handle products carefully to prevent damage while unloading, packing, and palletizing.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area within the cold storage environment.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while working around material handling equipment.
Work scheduled hours from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with the flexibility to work overtime, often up to approximately 6:00 PM.
Essential Skills
Ability to stand and perform physical work for an 8-hour shift.
Ability to work in a cold environment at approximately 40–45 degrees.
Experience unloading containers in a warehouse or similar setting.
Experience palletizing products for storage or shipment.
Experience packing or repacking products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong counting skills and attention to detail when handling inventory.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience working in cold storage or refrigerated warehouse environments.
Familiarity with basic warehouse processes such as assembly, packing, and pallet organization.
Reliability and punctuality for early morning shifts.
Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment
You will work in a refrigerated warehouse environment at approximately 40–45 degrees, handling frozen and chilled products in a 45-degree cooler. The schedule typically runs from 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM with frequent overtime extending to around 6:00 PM. The role is physically active, requiring long periods of standing and moving throughout the facility. Appropriate cold-environment attire, such as warm layers and closed-toe shoes, is necessary to stay comfortable while working in the cooler.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
