Description - RN & LPN Substitutes - Medina City School District
Our RN & LPN Substitutes provide health services that support the educational mission and goals of the school/district and the Educational Service Center of Medina County. These services will strengthen and facilitate the educational process by modifying or removing health-related barriers to learning. Promote good health practices of the school community, and meet local and state mandates regarding health issues by performing the following functions.
Qualifications - RN & LPN Substitutes - Medina City School District
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse or LPN in accordance with the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Ohio Educational Aide certificate or licensed as a school nurse, in accordance with the ODE or willing to obtain one.
- Self-directed and able to learn the required skills for the position
- A minimum of one year of experience caring for children is preferred.
- Current CPR/AED certification
- Possesses a valid Ohio driver's license
- Willing to travel
