All that we're missing is you. Apply today! About the role Job Description: TheShiftSupervisoris responsible forthe safe,reliable& properoperation of the facility during their watch. They provide coordination of all plant activities betweennumerousdepartments& contractors. Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible formaintaininga safe working environment for all personnel at the facility. Proper execution of the safety policies & procedures Issuing safety permits Coordinate maintenance activities Maximize operational performance of all aspects of the facility. Employee development. Train operators on systems & procedures Maintain the plant within all environmental limits & permits Direct supervision ofshiftcrew Maintaining administrative records on personnel Implementing of the performance development system Maintaining administrative records on personnel Emergency response any injuries or accidents Troubleshoot plant operational issues Direct the completion ofshift, daily,weekly,& monthlychecks. Position Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience Ability to originate & monitor plantprocedures,& technical instructions. Well-developed skills in troubleshooting equipment & systems, trainingpersonnel,& interpretinglogic diagrams. Thorough knowledge of the Reworld permit system & employee health & safety manual. Must have good communications skills with all levels of personnel College degree or equivalent experience. Ability to work 10:30 pm to 7 am. Shift starts Sunday night and ends 7 am Friday morning with occasional work outside of regular shift.
