Job Description Position Purpose: Responsible for removing brake shoes from the E-Coat Line and placing them on the vision system conveyor. Hourly Pay Range: $17.25 - $20.35 (2nd shift add $0.90) Essential Functions: Removing parts from E-Coat Racks Places parts on vision system conveyor correctly and Grind rack Always keep work area clean Always work in a safe manner Other job duties may be assigned by supervisor Education and Training: High School Diploma or GED Minimum Qualifications: Good communication skills Must be able to work independently Ability to work well with others Physical Demands: Must be able stand continuously for 8-12 hrs. Must be able to lift 25lbs. Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively Ability to work in tight places Good hand/eye coordination and good motor skills Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations Environmental Conditions: Ear and Eye protection is always required in production areas Exposure to a noisy work environment Exposure to hot and humid conditions Exposure to coolants, oils, grease and water Steel toe boots with metatarsal guards are always required We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
