Stanley Black and Decker Marketing Workflow Operations Manager in Medellín, Colombia
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Group Manager, Creative & Digital Marketing Process Operations, the Manager, Marketing Workflow Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of marketing and content workflows across the organization. This role ensures that marketing initiatives move efficiently through the content lifecycle by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing operational workflows, and supporting the consistent execution of established marketing processes.
The role serves as a key operational partner to marketing, creative, and brand teams, maintaining visibility into project progress, identifying workflow bottlenecks, and helping ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. This position plays an important role in maintaining operational efficiency and enabling scalable content production across global marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing and content workflows to ensure projects move efficiently through the marketing lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Creative, Brand, and Digital teams to support the operational delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Act as a primary operational point of contact for workflow-related questions, helping teams navigate established marketing operations processes and timelines.
Monitor workflow performance and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improved efficiency.
Maintain visibility into project pipelines and workload distribution through marketing workflow platforms such as Workfront or similar tools.
Support the implementation and adoption of marketing operations processes defined by the Creative & Digital Marketing Process Operations team.
Assist in ensuring marketing and content deliverables align with defined operational standards, timelines, and quality expectations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate project priorities and support smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
Contribute to ongoing improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, operational scalability, and overall marketing productivity.
Support coordination with external vendors or partners involved in marketing production or content-related activities.
Support larger Creative & Digital Marketing Team initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, content operations, project coordination, or a related operational role.
Experience working with marketing workflow or project management platforms such as Workfront, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
Strong organizational and operational coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong focus on operational execution, process adherence, and workflow efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within global or cross-functional marketing environments.
Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems and content production workflows.
Experience supporting operational reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics.
Exposure to digital asset management (DAM) or content management systems is a plus.
