What You’ll Do
As a Customer Pricing Analyst on our Americas Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our pricing processes. Your responsibilities will include:
System Operations : Work across multiple business platforms, including SAP, Salesforce, Metastorm (Pricing Workflow), SharePoint (Intranet Workspace), and AS400, to support pricing and order management activities.
Pricing Management : Create, update, and maintain various pricing components such as base prices, contract terms, discounts, freight charges, payment terms, and promotional events.
Issue Resolution : Monitor team mailboxes to identify, research, and resolve pricing and order-related issues, including order price blocks.
Reporting & Quoting : Manage and generate maintenance reports and prepare order quotes to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
Pricing Analysis : Analyze and provide recommendations on the viability of proposed pricing actions, especially those related to promotions across all distribution channels.
Strategic Support : Support line reviews and strategic initiatives within the Strategic Business Units through targeted data analysis.
Ad Hoc Analysis : Perform additional analyses as needed to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Skills:
Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse)
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal required
Willingness to learn
Ability to analyze and problem- solve
Time Management
SAP and/or AS400 experienced preferred
Desired Experience & Education:
BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related preferred
3-5 years Customer Operations, Supply Chain experience

As the face of Supply Chain, the Customer Pricing Analyst works cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, and Credit and is responsible for reviewing customer pricing and programs for accuracy. You will enter price changes, and help research discrepancies and issues. The Analyst will collaborate with Marketing and Finance to generate pricing, and support the administration of pricing, freight, and payment term maintenance in an ERP environment.
