The role
Active Directory & Identity Administrator
Would you like to play a key role in shaping the evolution of digital identity in enterprise environments?
Are you motivated by designing secure access solutions that enable cloud transformation?
You will be part of a specialized infrastructure and identity team, working in highly complex hybrid environments where security, availability, and efficiency are critical. You will gain exposure to key Microsoft technologies and participate in projects that directly impact enterprise-level client operations.
How a day to day would look like in this role:
Manage and optimize Active Directory and Entra ID environments
Configure and maintain ADFS, SSO, and federated authentication
Manage PKI, digital certificates, and communication encryption
Diagnose and resolve replication, authentication, and policy-related incidents
Implement and manage MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security
What we need to see from you
Systems Engineer or related field, with solid experience in Active Directory administration within enterprise environments.
Required skills:
Advanced administration of Active Directory and Windows Server (GPOs, replication, sites, hardening, and troubleshooting)
Identity management in hybrid environments with Entra ID and Entra Connect (synchronization, migrations, and authentication)
Implementation and support of ADFS, SSO, and identity security (MFA, Conditional Access, B2B, B2C, Password Protection)
Administration of core infrastructure services: DNS, DHCP, and PKI (certificates, encryption, and secure communications)
Troubleshooting and automation using PowerShell, focused on authentication and infrastructure incidents
Nice to have:
Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (and Fundamentals)
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
