Maintenance Technician – Industrial Manufacturing

Shift Options
Day Shift – End of Week
6:00am–6:30pm | Thursday, Friday, Saturday (every other Wednesday)
What You’ll Be Doing
Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Read and interpret electrical schematics and meter readings
Work with AC/DC motors, VFDs, drives, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Diagnose and repair photo eyes, proximity sensors, encoders
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs on automated systems
Utilize Allen‑Bradley PLC systems and 3‑phase electrical
Collaborate with other skilled maintenance technicians to keep operations running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Comfortable working with automation and production equipment
Self‑starter mindset with a focus on safety and reliability
Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Mechanicsburg, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
