Customer Care Supervisor (Esthetician License Required)
Full-time | On-site | Mechanicsburg, PA
Salary: $50k-$55k

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can coach, inspire, and develop a team while serving as the go-to expert for all things skincare.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and motivate a customer care team to deliver exceptional service experiences
Act as the in-house skincare expert , guiding consultations and resolving complex customer concerns
Coach team members on product knowledge, communication, and service excellence
Handle escalations with confidence and professionalism
Partner across teams to improve processes and drive performance
What You Bring:
Active Esthetician License – REQUIRED (must be current and in good standing)
Proven leadership experience in a customer service or call center environment
Strong background in skincare, beauty, or cosmetic industry
Passion for coaching, developing people, and creating a positive team culture
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact role
