Customer Care Supervisor (Esthetician License Required)

Full-time | On-site | Mechanicsburg, PA

Salary: $50k-$55k

Are you a licensed esthetician who loves leading teams and elevating the customer experience? This is a unique opportunity to combine your skincare expertise with leadership in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who can coach, inspire, and develop a team while serving as the go-to expert for all things skincare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and motivate a customer care team to deliver exceptional service experiences

  • Act as the in-house skincare expert , guiding consultations and resolving complex customer concerns

  • Coach team members on product knowledge, communication, and service excellence

  • Handle escalations with confidence and professionalism

  • Partner across teams to improve processes and drive performance

What You Bring:

  • Active Esthetician License – REQUIRED (must be current and in good standing)

  • Proven leadership experience in a customer service or call center environment

  • Strong background in skincare, beauty, or cosmetic industry

  • Passion for coaching, developing people, and creating a positive team culture

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact role
