ManpowerGroup Technologist - Scientific Ops in Mebane, North Carolina
Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Technologist - Scientific Ops to join their team. As a Technologist - Scientific Ops, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technologist - Scientific Ops
Location: Mebane, NC
Pay Range: $24.50
Shift: Night Shift – Monday to Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and Thursday from 7:00 PM to 3:30 AM
What's the Job?
Prepare materials to support downstream manufacturing operations
Operate specialty preparation equipment and perform weighing, measuring, and quality checks on raw materials
Assist with in-process testing to ensure batches meet specifications
Validate processes and equipment related to cleaning and sterilization
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in formulation and bulking operations
What's Needed?
High School diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment
Strong attention to detail and understanding of rounding and significant digits
Ability to use independent judgment and demonstrate leadership qualities
Effective communication skills, both oral and written, for technical and non-technical audiences
Proficiency in operating personal computers and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
