ManpowerGroup Machine Operator in Mebane, North Carolina
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Mebane, NC
Pay Range: $19-20
Shift: Nights (8:45pm - 7:15am)
What's the Job?
Manually packages kits to ensure quality standards are met
Performs cleaning functions to maintain a safe and organized workspace
Tests and inspects parts for in-process quality checks
Assists in training new team members to uphold operational standards
Accurately completes paperwork and documentation for production processes
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive motions efficiently
Proficiency in English, with basic computer skills and understanding of charts and diagrams
