ManpowerGroup Machine Operator 1 in Mebane, North Carolina
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator 1 to join their team. As a Machine Operator 1, you will be part of the production department supporting the night shift operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator 1
Location: Mebane, NC
Pay Range: $19
Shift: Nights (8:45pm - 7:15am)
What's the Job?
Manually package kits according to specifications
Perform cleaning functions to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Test and inspect parts for in-process quality checks
Assist in training team members to ensure operational consistency
Accurately complete paperwork and documentation
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Ability to perform repetitive motions effectively
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
