We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Retail Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll help create an exceptional customer experience while maintaining high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and product quality.

What You’ll Do

Customer Service

  • Greet every customer with a friendly, helpful attitude

  • Ask questions to understand customer needs and make recommendations

  • Suggest products such as premium cuts, ready-to-cook items, and add-ons

  • Accurately prepare and confirm customer orders

  • Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and well taken care of

Store Operations

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked

  • Maintain attractive, well-stocked display cases

  • Rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out)

  • Monitor product quality and remove anything that does not meet standards

  • Assist with opening duties to ensure the store is ready on time

Food Safety & Quality

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

  • Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced

  • Verify freshness, quality, and proper storage of all items

  • Handle products with care to maintain high quality standards

Stocking & Inventory

  • Restock fresh, frozen, and grab-and-go items as needed

  • Keep backstock organized and clearly labeled

  • Communicate low inventory or issues to the appropriate team member
