Adecco US, Inc. Production Planner in Mcminnville, Tennessee
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Full-Time Production Planner in the McMinnville, TN area.
Key Responsibilities
Build and adjust production plans based on customer orders and forecasts
Monitor inventory, supplier performance, and material availability
Track production vs. schedule; analyze and report KPIs
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and engineering to resolve issues
Manage customer communication regarding orders, changes, and expedites
Maintain production data, schedules, and documentation in Excel and internal systems
Support purchasing activities, including supplier coordination and order releases
Participate in continuous improvement and daily production meetings
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in manufacturing/production planning, scheduling, or a similar role
Experience leading projects or teams
Proficiency with Excel, MRP, and ERP systems
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
