Adecco US, Inc. Production Planner in Mcminnville, Tennessee

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to recruit and hire a Full-Time Production Planner in the McMinnville, TN area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and adjust production plans based on customer orders and forecasts

  • Monitor inventory, supplier performance, and material availability

  • Track production vs. schedule; analyze and report KPIs

  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and engineering to resolve issues

  • Manage customer communication regarding orders, changes, and expedites

  • Maintain production data, schedules, and documentation in Excel and internal systems

  • Support purchasing activities, including supplier coordination and order releases

  • Participate in continuous improvement and daily production meetings

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/production planning, scheduling, or a similar role

  • Experience leading projects or teams

  • Proficiency with Excel, MRP, and ERP systems

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
